Accommodation
The charming Cradle Valley Boutique Guesthouse are within walking distance from The Wedding Venue. There are 23 Suites, a Bridal Suite & Grooms Suite (Cottage 2) and Cottage 1 available, accommodating up to 70 guests sharing.
- Cottage 1: 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms—used as a family cottage
- Cottage 2: 1 room and 1 bathroom – Used as the Getting Ready Room for the Groom and Groomsmen
Please note that all rooms must be booked out by you to ensure full exclusivity of the estate/guesthouse. However, you are not bound/obligated to book all the rooms.
Extra Beds can be added to the rooms at a rate of R 600.00 per Adult and R 400.00 per Child (age 5-12 years old).
PLEASE NOTE: All guest accommodation is open to the general public on all booking platforms, should you wish to book these rooms for the wedding day we will require a deposit on rooms — please book rooms at your soonest convenience to avoid any disappointment.
Breakfast:
- We offer breakfast with all accommodation
- Breakfast is served from 08:00 – 10:00
- If you have any special breakfast dietary needs, please stipulate your requirements with booking
- If you are attending a wedding, function, conference, please make sure the bridal couple/organiser also receives your requirements for the event

- Check-in time 14:00 – 17:00 (earlier or later by prior arrangement only)

- Ample secure parking close to suites and venue parking is available.

Housekeeping service:
- Rooms will be serviced daily
- If you sleep for two nights or more and would like to have your towels refreshed, please leave your towels on the floor
- Laundry Services available at additional charges
Lunch & relax
Please note that light lunches can be served after check-in and waiters will be available to take your food and beverage orders. You can unwind at the sparkling swimming pool (pool towels are provided, ask reception). In the quiet corners of the picturesque garden, while fishing in our dam by the sundeck, while cycling in the Cradle of Humankind – easy access from the estate’s entrance to the cycling shoulder on the Kromdraai road, and also the new mountain bike route to Gate Way in the Cradle.
NO ALCOHOL AND FOOD IS TO BE BROUGHT ON TO THE CRADLE VALLEY ESTATE
