SATURDAYS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
MINIMUM 80 ADULTS
*Weekday before a Holiday, will be seen as a Friday
*Friday prior to a Holiday, will be seen as a Saturday
*Should your guest numbers not relate to minimum number provisions please note we could customize your packages as per minimum spend requirements.
FRIDAYS
MINIMUM 70 ADULTS

SUNDAY
MINIMUM 60 ADULTS

WEEKDAYS – MONDAY TO THURSDAY

Deposit to secure your date
- In order to secure your wedding date we require full payment of the retainer & reservations fee, and the difference in venue hire will then be paid in 2 consecutive months thereafter.
- Please note that the retainer is non-refundable.
- Payment plan: The balance of the quotation will be split up by the number of months leading up to the wedding; ensuring full payment of quotation is received 30 days prior to the wedding date our financial department will also forward a pdf document affirming formal corresponding details regarding monthly percentage deposit payments.
Terms and conditions will need to be signed and returned with the proof of payment to secure your wedding date.
